Returns

Please contact us by phone, 610-797-0333  between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, if you have an issue with your purchase. Part of our quality control is to carefully check each item prior to shipment to be sure that everything is in good condition. If there is a product defect or an error with your order we will either replace the item or give you a full refund.  In order to receive the full refund or exchange, please notify Monograms on Main within three days of receiving the item. The item must be sent back with the receipt. Please be sure to double check all spelling and dates during the ordering process.

Shipping

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Monograms on Main will process and ship your order as soon as possible. The majority of all items will be shipped within 21 days of being ordered.  Certain items may take longer.  We will contact you if there is an unusual delay on your order.

We ship via UPS or USPS to US addresses only at this time. Please note that UPS can NOT deliver to PO Boxes. Shipping and Handling Charges average at $15 for ground delivery, and generally arrive in 3 to 7 days.  If the package is heavier or larger the price may increase. We may be able to accommodate rush orders for an additional charge; please call us to request a rush. 

If you are interested in shipping overseas or to Canada, please call us to inquire about pricing.

You can track your order online at either UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an E-mail that includes your tracking number.  If you would like us to track the shipment for you, please contact us by phone at 610-797-0333 between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Please have your Order Number and/or tracking number available.

Shipping Flat Fees:
$0.00 to $50.00 = $12.50
$50.01 to $100.00 = $15.50
$100.01 to $200.00 = $17.50
$200.01 and up = $19.50

Gift Wrapping

For an additional $5.00 have your order gift wrapped by an expert!  We will include a card with your personalized text.
